Facilitate implementations for advanced customer scenarios, complex competitive transfers, Ultimate Edition accounts, or higher ACV customers
Lead implementations for "rescue" or "red account" scenarios
Active Subject Matter Expert (SME) by regularly contributing and sharing specific technical knowledge and best practices with internal Pardot team members.
Development of internal tactical projects and process initiatives as required.
Assist with internal interviewing and new hire onboarding training
Help and fill in for Senior Implementation Specialist(s) and Implementation Manager(s) as needed
